Back to Basics! 💎 The Foundations Update is Out Now!

Good news, everyone! The Foundations Update is now live! What does that entail exactly? Thank you so much for asking:

👤 A new entry has been discovered in the Mushipedia! Oh, just another zero star girl...? Ugh.

🎨 New and exciting ways to determine your daughter's color! Did you ever wonder why the ChromaCollection was split into Flower and Stone colors? That decision may be a little more clear now...

👧 A spattering of new events! Many of these can be found in the second chapter, which was a little sparsely filled out previously, however chapters one and three got fed a little too!

✍️ A fresh coat of paint on many of our existing scenes! This includes a full editing pass on the main game as well as some fun new options for your daughters to explore! (Did you know that the game is over 100k words long at this point? Wow!)

🎶 Four new songs to appease your ear holes with. (The soundtrack is nearing an hour and a half long! Also wow!)

🌈 10+ New colors to collect! Most of them can be unlocked with a password (have a hint on the house: happy PRIDE month! 😊), but we've finally implemented a couple that are associated with a previously existing ending... 🛸

🐞 A ton of squashed bugs! We've refactored and improved a lot of our systems in the background since the last update. I'm sure there's a lot of stuff we missed though, so as a reminder feel free to drop any bug reports into our Google Forms page! We're a small team and this can be a looot of game sometimes.

Overall, we hope these changes help even out the experience a little! We already have our goals for the next update drafted out, so stay tuned in the coming months for even more Fun.

PS: I recommend finishing the story of your current daughter before updating, since sometimes we change the game in ways that may be incompatible. If you have a save file you really value, I encourage you to keep a copy of a compatible build around so you can go back and visit her whenever you want!
