Looking back, I think this system was only half a good idea. It was meant to encourage players to pay attention to descriptions that add a bit of lore, and to reward them for it. But honestly, three and a half years later, I think it's annoying to have to click everywhere when nothing tells you whether it counts toward your score or not.
Thank you very much for your comment. A few years ago, I had considered adapting this game into a more suitable programming language, making it mobile-friendly, and adding additional passages. But I preferred to focus on other aspects of my life (work, entrepreneurial ambitions, portfolio).
I'm sincerely sorry. I can imagine the frustration. I don't really know what to tell you, this bug, although rare, remains the bane of this game. I've never been able to understand where it comes from.

This bug remains relatively rare and indeed players to whom it happens manage to resolve the problem by changing browser. Hello Cactus. I see the problem. It seems that items in png files are not loaded or refuse to be displayed. This is the first time I've heard of this problem. Unfortunately, I would not be able to make the link between this bug and MacOS 10.15.7. Sorry Cactus, this game is almost 4 years old now, it was my very first, and it remains imperfect in certain very specific cases that I have never been able to determine. The items do not have a specific number. The 35th is just the one you forgot among the 35 items that counts for the score.
